A Role for Knowledge Management in Information Systems Planning

چکیده
This paper aims to explore the role of knowledge management in information systems planning. Knowledge management is used in a proposed integration model as organisational memory by storing the participants' knowledge and allowing them to access the organisation's knowledge and that of other participants, providing information to support decision-making and to facilitate the strategy development and maintenance processes. The link between knowledge management and organisational learning in the proposed ISP process is then explored.
